​Create a heartfelt acrylic painting of a cardinal—symbolic in many cultures as a messenger of love and remembrance. In this guided step-by-step workshop, participants paint a winter scene while honouring someone meaningful in their lives. Project Description: Did you know many traditions associate cardinals as messengers from above, they represent loved ones who have passed away. In this workshop, we will create a step-by-step acrylic painting of a cardinal in a winter scene. As we paint our cardinal we will honour someone we have lost.

Medium: Acrylic painting on canvas 

Cost: $55pp

Take Away:  A completed 10’x10” acrylic painting, ready to hang and for you to love. (size of canvas may vary slightly depending on availability).

Durations: 3hrs

Structure of the workshop: This workshop is run in a step-by-step format. Instructor will demonstrate each step and participants will then be given time to copy. This project keeps everyone at the same pace. Short group sharing / reflection at the end.
