Project Description: Learn how to create a two colour lino print, with a botanical theme. This workshop includes carving a design into softoleum and printing with colour and black ink.

Medium: Linocut - Printmaking

Cost: $60pp

Take Away: You will complete a mini series of linocuts as well as, a series of blank note cards to trade.

Duration: 3.5 - 4hrs

Structure of the workshop: This workshop resembles a traditional art workshop with different stations and formal instruction. This class has 3 short demonstrations: an initial explanation, a carving demonstration and a printing demonstration. Participants work at their own pace. A great activity to clear your mind and get lost in the process.
